The DöhlerGroup delivers liquid coffee compounds for these product applications and uses its flavour expertise as well as its wide spanning knowledge in designing recipes, paying attention to colour, stabilisation, and optimum processing.
The concept of ‘milk and tea’ is a new development at Döhler. Rooibos, white or black tea bases make it possible to offer this popular Asian drink in a wide variety of flavours.

Milk and fruit drinks have established themselves well in the European market and have grown in recent years by around 7%. New market opportunities are arising in Eastern Europe and China. The motivation for using dairy and fruit drinks is not just refreshment, but also issues such as healthy nutrition, functional ingredients, satisfaction and, of course, enjoyment.
