




BreweriesA detection system is offered for breweries under the brand NBB®. The microbiological complexity of beer requires extremely sensitive cultures for selective and early detection of bacteria that may spoil the brew. In a close collaboration with Prof. Werner Back*, our globally successful NBB® range is being developed on an ongoing basis to keep up with the demands of breweries. It's easy, fast and selective.
