A detection system is offered for breweries under the brand NBB®. The microbiological complexity of beer requires extremely sensitive cultures for selective and early detection of bacteria that may spoil the brew. In a close collaboration with Prof. Werner Back*, our globally successful NBB® range is being developed on an ongoing basis to keep up with the demands of breweries. It's easy, fast and selective.

We also offer additional nutrient media like the VLB S7S or the Wort-Agar, which are common in the brewing world, thus supporting professional manufacturing control.
